Tropical Fruit Salsa

*kind of an "In your face!" picture*

Ingredients:

1 fresh pineapple or 1c. pineapple chunks (I use fresh)
1 mango
1 firm banana
1 tsp minced garlic
1 chili, diced (I use jalapeno)
juice of 1 lime
cilantro to taste
green onion to taste
diced purple onion to taste (I use about 1/3 of the onion)

Cut fruit up in chunks. Add rest of ingredients. Combine and serve with chips. If you can refrigerate for an hour or two, flavors will combine even more.

This is a really refreshing salsa to serve at parties and is very yummy. I like using the jarred mango slices that you find in the refrigerated section...less mess when it comes to cutting up the fruit.
