Un-fried Ice Cream Topping

2 1/2 cups Rice Crispies

1 1/4 cups Coconut

1 cup Chopped Pecans

3/4 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 cup Butter

melt butter and add brown sugar.

Combine with other ingredients- spread on cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 min. Stir every 5 min. Serve over vanilla ice-cream and drizzle with caramel sauce. YUM! Also tastes good on top of yogurt, or sprinkle over a frozen banana covered with the chocolate that gets hard (they have chocolate covered banana kits @ Wal Mart)!
