Southwest Turkey Burgers

*Average 1lb ground turkey
*2 cloves garlic, minced
*1 white onion, diced very small
*1 tsp dried thyme
*2 or more tablespoons chopped cilantro
*1/2 small green pepper diced small
*2 tsp ground cumin
*1 to 2 tsp Tabasco or other hot sauce
*1 pkg Montreal Steak Seasoning by McCormick
*Olive oil
*Pepper jack cheese
Chop garlic and veggies very fine
Combine turkey meat, garlic, onion, thyme, cilantro, green pepper, cumin, Tabasco or hot sauce, McCormick seasoning. Divide mixture into 4 equal patties, pack tight so the stay together. drizzle patties with olive oil to coat and cook in skillet.
Add pepper Jack cheese and toast buns in the same pan with a little extra olive oil.
Add whatever other condiments you like!
