3 Chicken breasts (cut up into small cubes)
62 oz Chicken Broth
1/2 onion (chopped)
3 medium celery stalks (chopped)
4 medium sized carrots (peeled and chopped)
2 TBS butter
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
6 oz Egg Noodles (I used wheat and loved them!)
After done chopping ingredients, pour Chicken Broth into large pot. Turn on to begin boiling. While waiting for it to boil, melt butter in a medium saucepan. When melted, saute the onion for a couple of minutes. Add the chicken; cook until no longer pink. Add celery & carrots; cover and turn heat to low.
When broth is boiling, add all ingredients in the saucepan along with the noodles. Bring back to a boil; simmer on low for 10 minutes.
*Add more or less of whatever you like. I am always intimidated to make Chicken Noodle because dealing with a whole chicken stresses me out but this was so easy and delicious!
