2: Combine Swiss, mushrooms, and green onions; mix well. Place bread on a large sheet of aluminum foil. fill each space between cuts generously with mixture.
3: pour melted butter over filled bread. Wrap loaf in foil. Bake until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted, about 40 min.

Grandpa's Cookies

These cookies are delicious-- they are from a recipe Chet's Grandpa uses! MMM!

1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
3 1/2 cubes margarine
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 cups flour
12 oz chocolate chips

Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes on greased cookie sheet (depending on your oven). Let set on a cookie sheet for 5 minutes! Enjoy!

These cookies don't spread out when the bake like most do-- I started kind of squishing them before I put them on the pan.
